Rental
£250 per week plus £30 vacating clean.
£310 per week for Xmas/New Year plus £30 vacating clean.
A deposit of £100 will be required on booking, the balance due to be paid one month before departure.

Changeover day
Change over day flexible. The apartment must be vacated by 11:00am however if you have a late flight back home you are welcome to leave your luggage in the apartment until you have to leave for the airport, providing we have no guests in the same day. |
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service
Bath/pool towels and all linen included. Cleaned on departure. Mid-week cleans can be arranged at a small extra cost. |
